All company practices are subject to Statute N o 2300-1 on “The protection of consumer rights” from 07.02.1992. Our company operates on the basis of electronic sales, which means that the consumer has the right to return any item to our shop within 7 days, provided that it is returned in resalable condition, and that all contents are returned in their original packaging from the manufacturer. Such conditions are provided for by Article 26.1 of Statute N o 2300-1 on “The protection of consumer rights”. Shipping costs for returned items weighing over 5kg will be paid by the manufacturer; shipping costs for returned items weighing less than 5kg will be paid by the consumer.
